Top Band and Extension

This property was due to have an extension built in place of the existing garage. The client decided that at the same time they would like to freshen up the exterior. They contacted us for advice and we gave them a number of options. They choose to have the top band of the property bagged and sprayed. This process involves covering the existing render or pebbledash with a slurry mix of render to solidify the surface. We then spray a textured wall coating over the area. This results in the original texture still being visible but with a fresh covering of resin based wall coating with the added bonus of a 15 year guarantee.
